Polycoms do not speak IAX.

If you're talking about a Polycom on one Asterisk server subscribing to a 'buddy' on another asterisk server, when the servers are connected by an IAX2 trunk, then yes, but only with Asterisk 1.6.1.0 and above on both sides.

Until 1.6.1.0, inter-server messages were not supported. After 1.6.1.0 they are.
