http://www.vitelity.com

Vitelity is a great ITSP for both testing and for general use. They offer pre-paid service with an automatic refill option by Credit Card or Paypal.

They offer both SIP and IAX service.

I have a number of DIDs through them, two 800s and a local, plus I use them for outbound failover and user-defined Caller ID.

Their trunks are pretty easy to set up, click on Support and then they have examples for a number of different configs (if you use FreePBX use their Trixbox examples).

They also offer something called Sub-Accounts to split up your various DIDs between different servers. This can be a bit confusing but it is very flexible. You can distribute billing and group DIDs to accounts by defining sub-accounts.

Their service is good, I have rarely, if ever, had problems with it ... although their technical support is a bit on the normally-unavailable side.

I also have 3 DID 1 toll Free # with Vitelity. Have had no problems at all. CNAM works better then most providers in my opinion. I believe the priced for DIDs are very reasonable. would recomend Vitelity for sip traffic

We really like gafachi. If you have enough traffic to get the tier 2 rates, its bloody cheap. Super reliable.

You're on your own for configuration. I can't remember if they support any codec other than ULAW but I think not.
